After 8 months of prototype trial production, cross industry raw material repeated grinding, and structural iteration debugging by the technical team of Xingshengwei Machinery R&D Center, the newly improved and upgraded Ultra Pulverizer has been successfully launched in the company's trial production workshop. The new product focuses on the three common pain points of strict dust control, fast wear and tear of vulnerable parts, and insufficient production capacity in the powder processing industry, and has completed comprehensive optimization and upgrading in three major areas: crushing chamber structure, wear-resistant accessory materials, and intelligent electronic control system.

The R&D team relies on the usage data of tens of thousands of Ultrafine Pulverizer terminals from Xingshengwei Machinery in the past five years, summarizes the actual feedback from hundreds of customers in the three mainstream fields of food deep processing, non-metallic mineral powder processing, and building materials filling, and redesigns the internal flow line of the equipment in a targeted manner to optimize the material travel path; The core grading wheel is made of a new type of high resistance running in steel material. Under the same motor power and raw material conditions, the overall crushing capacity of the machine is increased by 12%, and the service life of vulnerable parts such as hammer heads and grading wheels is extended by about 30% compared to the old model. In addition, the new integrated pulse dust removal device has been upgraded synchronously, and the fully enclosed assembly structure of the whole machine has been further optimized. The dust collection efficiency is almost up to standard, perfectly meeting the increasingly stringent environmental production control standards in various regions.

In the early stage of prototype production, Xingshengwei Machinery prioritized inviting more than ten benchmark customers who had long-term cooperation to enter the factory for on-site material testing. Soft and hard materials, dry and wet materials were tested in multiple dimensions, and various operating indicators and finished powder fineness were all better than the old model. The on-site customers had a high recognition of the improved Ultra Pulverizer, and multiple companies pre ordered new prototypes on the spot. At present, the improved model has officially opened production scheduling orders. Relying on Xingshengwei Machinery's own standardized production line, it can quickly undertake small batch customization and large batch centralized procurement orders, further consolidating Xingshengwei Machinery's market competitiveness in the field of domestic ultrafine crushing equipment.
