Xingshengwei Machinery helps well-known European pharmaceutical companies double their ultrafine grinding production capacity

In the context of global high-end manufacturing, practical application cases and quantitative data are the only standards for testing equipment quality. Recently, good news came from the International Project Department of Xingshengwei Machinery: the large-scale fully automatic Ultrafine Pulverizer production line customized and developed by our company for a well-established European pharmaceutical group has successfully passed the customer's extremely strict on-site acceptance (SAT) and officially entered commercial mass production. This is not only the core step of the enterprise's equipment upgrade, but also an important milestone for our company to deeply cultivate the international high-end market.


This European pharmaceutical company has long focused on the research and production of natural plant-based medicines and complex organic active pharmaceutical ingredients. Previously, the crushing equipment purchased locally by the customer had exposed many difficult to overcome problems in actual operation: due to the high fiber content and viscosity of traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, the original equipment began to accumulate material on the inner wall of the cavity after continuous operation for 2 hours, causing the local temperature to rapidly soar above 60 ° C. After receiving an urgent collaboration request from the customer, the technical expert team of Xingshengwei Machinery acted quickly. We utilized our company's advanced powder laboratory to conduct detailed physical property tests on material samples air freighted from Europe, and combined them with fluid dynamics simulation software (CFD) to tailor a complete set of "low-temperature airflow assisted shearing" ultra-fine pulverizer solutions for our customers.


  • Overcoming the challenges of temperature rise and material accumulation: We have introduced jacket cooling technology in the interlayer of the equipment cavity, combined with efficient cold air source airflow, to firmly control the material temperature below 25 ° C during continuous production, completely eliminating material wall sticking and deterioration phenomena.
  • Breaking through the bottleneck of fineness: The blade cross-sectional geometry of the grading wheel has been re optimized to maintain a stable flow field even at speeds of up to thousands of revolutions, successfully controlling the material fineness at D₉₇ ≤ 12 μm.


After two consecutive weeks of full load on-site testing 24 hours a day, the final data of the acceptance report shows that the actual production capacity of the production line has increased by 120% compared to the original European equipment, while the comprehensive electricity consumption per ton of material has decreased by 18%.
