Typical Applications:
1. Food Crushing
Suitable for crushing xanthan gum, carrageenan, rice products, high-oil raw materials, bran, whole wheat, peanut protein, matcha, food additives, etc. Fineness is adjustable from 80 to 500 mesh, with excellent ultra-fine crushing performance for high-toughness materials like bran.
2. Pharmaceutical Crushing
Adopting the latest traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) crushing principle: vertical shaft shear crushing. The equipment features dust-free operation, no residual material, and instant discharge. With the same supporting power, its output is 2-3 times that of conventional TCM crushers. Compliant with the latest GMP standards, it integrates mechanical crushing and air classification, achieving a fineness range of 80-400 mesh for Chinese herbal medicines. In TCM cell wall breaking applications, it balances particle size, cell wall breaking rate, and production capacity—enabling industrialized production of cell-level TCM micro-powder with high breaking efficiency and output.
3. Pet Food Crushing
Xingshengwei ultra-fine crusher offers high fineness, large output, and low energy consumption, delivering excellent crushing results for high-toughness materials such as dried meat and cowhide. With 20 years of deep expertise in the aquatic industry, our crusher empowers numerous enterprises with its high fineness, large output, and low production costs.
4. Chemical Product Crushing
Efficient, low-consumption, and low-temperature, it is ideal for continuous long-time production of pesticides and chemical products. Adopting the same particle size control method as jet mills (with equivalent fineness and suspension rate), it achieves 5x higher efficiency, only 10% energy consumption, and 1/5 installed power compared to jet mills. Energy savings: 500 kWh/ton; output: 300-2000 kg/hour. It increases production capacity by 5x without requiring additional workshop power capacity, widely used for crushing pesticide formulations and technical materials.
5. Fertilizer Crushing
Xingshengwei mechanical ultra-fine crusher supports fertilizer production, applicable to water-soluble fertilizers, solid organic fertilizers, seaweed fertilizers, etc. Crushed fertilizers feature significantly improved dissolution speed (8-15 seconds instant dissolution) with no sediment or impurities. Maximum single-unit output: 10-15 tons/hour. Wear parts are made of brazed cemented carbide, ensuring longer service life, lower costs, and reduced equipment maintenance time.
6. Biological Agents Crushing
Suitable for crushing various biological culture media and biological agents. Low material temperature during crushing maximizes the product’s bioactivity. Increased fineness enhances specific surface area, accelerating biological fermentation and reducing fermentation time. Low temperature, low energy consumption, and high efficiency boost the speed and effectiveness of biological agent production.
