In 1999
Qingdao Xingshengwei Machinery Co., Ltd. has been officially registered and established, rooted in the powder machinery manufacturing industry. The founding team accurately identified market gaps and established a development path with ultrafine crushers as the main core business. They focused on the basic research and development, as well as small-scale trial production, of universal ultrafine crushing equipment for Chinese medicinal materials and agricultural and sideline products, officially embarking on the path of professional manufacturing of ultrafine crushers.
2000-2003
Focusing on technical precipitation and process polishing, deeply cultivating the core structure optimization, crushing chamber design, and airflow classification system debugging of ultrafine crushers. Repeatedly conducting on-site crushing tests on multiple types of materials to solve common industry problems such as uneven fineness, high temperature rise, and large material loss in traditional crushers. Establish a preliminary production assembly process, accumulate a large amount of practical process data, lay the foundation for equipment performance and manufacturing processes, and start supplying to physical customers in surrounding provinces and cities.
In 2004
Complete the mass production of the first generation vertical ultrafine crusher, and officially launch standardized models on the market. Improve the supply chain of complete machine accessories, unify the selection and processing standards of core components, achieve large-scale production of equipment, break the scattered production mode of small workshops, and the brand has begun to form initial recognition in the powder processing industry in East China.
2005-2007
Expand the production plant area, add specialized assembly workshops and material testing laboratories. Introducing basic precision machining equipment and independently developing low-temperature silent ultrafine grinding technology to meet the crushing needs of thermosensitive materials and precious Chinese medicinal materials. Establish a complete service system for pre-sales material testing, model selection, and after-sales on-site debugging, with customers radiating to multiple provinces across the country.
In 2008
Heavy upgrade of product line, launch of enclosed dust-free ultrafine crusher to solve pain points such as dust pollution, material waste, and poor workshop working environment. The models cover small laboratory models, medium-sized commercial models, and large industrial production models, achieving full specification coverage from small-scale and pilot testing to industrial production. Its comprehensive strength ranks among the top manufacturers of ultrafine crushers in the region.
2009–2012
Establish a dedicated technical research and development department and quality inspection department, implement full process factory inspection standards, and ensure that each equipment undergoes no-load trial operation, load material measurement, fineness testing, noise and energy consumption calibration before leaving the factory. Undertaking small and medium-sized powder production line whole plant supporting projects, upgrading from single equipment sales to integrated services of whole line scheme customization, equipment matching, installation and commissioning.
In 2013
Formally layout foreign trade business, complete enterprise export qualification filing, and begin mass export of products to overseas markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Tailored and adapted ultrafine crushers based on overseas operating voltage and material characteristics, strictly following international manufacturing standards, and opening up a dual market layout in both domestic and global markets.
2014–2016
Continuously iterating equipment structure, optimizing airflow classification, impeller ratio, and body shock absorption and noise reduction technology, greatly improving equipment crushing fineness, stability, and energy efficiency. Deeply cultivating sub industries such as food, medicine, chemical industry, new energy materials, non-metallic minerals, etc., accumulating tens of thousands of material crushing test cases, and can accurately customize machine models one-to-one according to customer material attributes.
2017
Expand modern and intelligent production workshops, introduce CNC precision cutting, precision lathes, and whole machine calibration and testing equipment, achieve independent and precise production of core components, get rid of outsourcing dependence, control product quality and delivery cycle from the source, and achieve leapfrog improvement in production capacity and customized research and development capabilities.
2018–2019
Improve the standardized management system of enterprises, standardize production processes, quality control standards, and after-sales response mechanisms. Optimize cross-border supply and logistics support services, continuously increase overseas cooperative customers, establish a stable reputation for the brand in the international ultrafine crushing equipment market, and become a preferred old source manufacturer for domestic and foreign customers.
2020–2022
Focusing on the research and development of high-end industrial grade ultrafine crushers, upgrading intelligent frequency conversion control, one click start stop, fineness automatic calibration and other intelligent configurations.
