Our modern manufacturing base is equipped with internationally top-notch machining machines, including five axis linkage machining centers, high-precision CNC vertical lathes, and large three coordinate laser measuring instruments. As our star product, the core component of each Ultra Pulverizer - the high-speed rotating rotor disc - is made of high-quality alloy steel forgings that have undergone multiple heat treatments and ultrasonic testing. In order to ensure that the equipment remains stable as a rock even at high-speed operation of tens of thousands of revolutions per minute, the rotor must undergo precise dynamic balancing calibration on a complete set of dynamic balancing machines imported and manufactured in Germany, with residual unbalance far exceeding ISO international standards. This extreme pursuit of details can effectively avoid fatigue damage to equipment caused by small vibrations, extending the service life of core consumables such as bearings by 2-3 times.


During the assembly and factory inspection stages, Xingshengwei Machinery implements a quality traceability system without blind spots. The pre tightening torque of the first bolt and the pressure resistance test of the sealing ring material are all checked and recorded on site by senior engineers. More importantly, each customized Ultra Pulverizer must undergo a continuous full load simulated operating test of up to 72 hours in our test workshop before being packaged and shipped.


We will use an infrared thermal imaging device to monitor the temperature rise curve of the bearing position in real time, and use a vibration analyzer to capture the vibration amplitude of the entire machine in various frequency bands. Only equipment with all data fully meeting or exceeding the design specifications can obtain a factory "certificate of conformity".
