Xingshengwei is a manufacturer and supplier of professional Ultra-hard Material Ultrafine Pulverizer in China. We combine high-speed mechanical impact with an integrated air classification system, which is suitable for materials with Mohs hardness ranging from 5 to 9.
The Ultra-hard Material Ultrafine Pulverizer is designed for materials with a Mohs hardness of 5 to 9. This machine is used for industrial ceramics, silicon carbide, alumina, zirconia, and hard minerals. It combines high-speed mechanical impact with an integrated air classification system.
Unlike standard mills, this system is reinforced to handle extreme abrasion. It produces fine powders from 100 to 2500 mesh in a single continuous process. The entire system operates under negative pressure to keep the workshop clean.
Engineering Solutions for Hard Materials
A. Wear-Resistant Protection
Hard materials can destroy standard metal parts very quickly. To prevent this, we offer specialized internal linings. You can choose from Alumina ceramics, Zirconia, or Silicon Carbide liners. These linings protect the machine body and prevent iron contamination in your final product.
B. Tungsten Carbide Rotor
The grinding hammers are the most stressed parts of the machine. For ultra-hard materials, we apply a thick Tungsten Carbide (WC) coating to the hammer heads. This treatment extends the service life of the rotor by 5 to 10 times compared to standard alloy steel.
C. Precision Air Classification
Ultra-hard Material Ultrafine Pulverizer does not use screens or sieves because they would wear out or clog immediately. Instead, an internal air classifier wheel separates the powder. You can adjust the particle size by changing the speed of the classifier motor through a frequency inverter. This ensures a narrow particle size distribution for high-value materials.
D. Material Purity
For industries like electronics or high-end ceramics, metal contamination is not allowed. By using full ceramic liners and a specialized feeding system, we ensure that the finished powder maintains its chemical purity.

Technical FAQ
Q1: How long do the grinding hammers last when processing Alumina?
A: With a Tungsten Carbide coating, the hammers typically last between 800 and 1,500 hours. This depends on the feed size and the required fineness. Replacing the hammers is a simple process through the large maintenance door.
Q2: Can I get a product with zero iron contamination?
A: Yes. We can line the entire grinding chamber, classifier, and all transport pipes with ceramic tiles or high-molecular-weight polymers. This keeps the material from touching any metal surfaces.
Q3: What is the maximum feed size of Ultra-hard Material Ultrafine Pulverizer?
A: The material should be pre-crushed to less than 5 mm for the best performance. Feeding larger rocks will cause high vibration and reduce the life of the bearings.
Q4: Is the fineness stable during a long production run?
A: Yes. The air classification system is controlled by a VFD. Once you set the speed, the particle size remains consistent as long as the feeding rate is stable.
