The dual carbon policy continues to be implemented, and the requirements for energy-saving, low-carbon, and dust-free production in the domestic manufacturing industry are constantly increasing. The powder processing equipment manufacturing industry is also ushering in a wave of green transformation. In order to meet the growing demand for low-energy and intelligent ultrafine crushers in the market, Qingdao Xingshengwei Machinery launched an intelligent upgrade and renovation project for its production workshops in the first quarter of this year. Currently, all production lines have been renovated, and the production capacity of energy-saving ultrafine crushers has increased by 40%. The water and electricity consumption in the production process has also decreased by 28%.
Since its establishment, Xingshengwei has always regarded equipment energy-saving performance as its core research and development direction. The workshop renovation has synchronously implemented a digital production control system, which records the entire process from steel plate cutting, rotor precision machining, crushing chamber welding to whole machine assembly and factory testing online. Each key component of the ultrafine crusher can be traced, and it must undergo continuous no-load and material crushing dual stability tests before leaving the factory, effectively reducing the equipment failure rate.
After the renovation, the energy-saving series ultrafine crusher has undergone multiple structural optimizations: re simulating and optimizing the crushing chamber air duct to reduce airflow loss; Replace traditional motors with variable frequency permanent magnet motors, and automatically adjust power under no-load and light load conditions; Equipped with a noise reduction and shock absorption base, the operating noise is controlled within 72 decibels, suitable for production sites with strict environmental requirements such as urban factories and biopharmaceutical clean workshops. Compared with traditional old-fashioned ultrafine crushers, a single machine can save a lot of electricity costs per month under the same production capacity. Long term production can significantly reduce customer operating costs, which is in line with the current business needs of green cost reduction in factories.
In addition to upgrading the hardware production line, Xingshengwei has synchronously improved the remote intelligent operation and maintenance module of the equipment. The new ultrafine crusher comes standard with an IoT data interface, allowing customers to remotely view the crushing fineness, host current, and equipment operating time. The system automatically alerts for faults such as material blockage, overheating, and wear, reducing downtime for maintenance. In response to the demand for updating equipment in many old factories in China, companies have launched a subsidy program for replacing old crushers, arranged for technical personnel to conduct on-site surveys of production lines, and tailored energy-saving renovation plans. Recently, dozens of food and chemical companies have completed the replacement of old equipment.
Industry research shows that in 2026, when downstream procurement customers select ultrafine crushers, energy-saving indicators, environmentally friendly dust-free design, and intelligent operation and maintenance capabilities have become the primary considerations. The person in charge of Xingshengwei Machinery mentioned that the factory will not simply pursue output expansion, but will continue to focus on the three core performance iterations of energy saving, cleanliness, and safety of ultrafine crushers. With more than 20 years of powder processing technology accumulation, the factory will continue to provide high cost-effective and compliant crushing complete sets of equipment for domestic processing plants and overseas buyers, helping the green and high-quality development of the powder processing industry.
