Rubber Ultrafine Pulverizer

The XSW Series Rubber Ultrafine Pulverizer is engineered to tackle the challenges of high elasticity and heat sensitivity in rubber processing. Traditional grinding methods often result in material melting or coarse particle sizes.

Our XSW system utilizes high speed shearing and cryo-air cooling technology to produce ultrafine rubber powder (up to 500 mesh) while maintaining the chemical stability of the material. It is the ideal equipment for rubber recycling, modified plastics, and high-end rubber product manufacturing.

Core Advantages & Features

Specialized Shearing for High Elasticity Rubber cannot be crushed by simple impact. The XSW series features a heavy duty multi tooth rotor that acts like thousands of micro scissors, shearing the rubber into fine particles instantly. This prevents the material from bouncing off or clogging the chamber.

Advanced Temperature Control (Anti-Melting) Rubber has a low melting point. Our Rubber Ultrafine Pulverizer is designed with a high volume negative pressure airflow system. This constant stream of air acts as a continuous coolant, ensuring the temperature remains well below the scorching point, preserving the original physical properties and "activity" of the rubber powder.

Precise Fineness Adjustment Equipped with a High Precision Air Classifier. You can adjust the output fineness from 80 to 500 mesh via the frequency converter. This eliminates the need for traditional screens, which are prone to blinding and wear when handling rubber.

Heavy Duty Construction & Wear Resistance Since rubber grinding can be abrasive, the grinding elements are made from premium Tungsten Carbide or specialized alloy steel, ensuring a long service life and reduced maintenance costs.

Industrial Applications of Rubber Ultrafine Pulverizer

Rubber Recycling: Waste tire crumbs, rubber scraps, and shoe sole grinding.

Chemical Industry: Synthetic rubber (SBR, EPDM, NBR), thermoplastic elastomers (TPE/TPU).

Modified Materials: Asphalt modification, rubber plastic composites, and high end automotive seals.

Technical FAQ (Q&A)

Q1: Can Rubber Ultrafine Pulverizer process vulcanized rubber?

A: Yes. The high speed shearing system is designed specifically for tough, vulcanized rubber. For optimal results, we recommend a pre-shredded feeding size of 5-10mm.

Q2: How do you prevent the rubber from clumping or melting during grinding?

A: We use a negative pressure air-conveying system. The large volume of air not only transports the powder but also provides flash cooling, ensuring the rubber stays in a brittle state for easier grinding and avoiding clumps.

Q3: Is it possible to achieve 500 mesh with rubber?

A: Yes, for specific rubber types and with the correct configuration (XSW-40 or larger). The built in air classifier is highly efficient at separating superfine particles.

Q4: What is the power consumption like?

A: Rubber grinding requires more torque than food or chemicals. Our motors are high efficiency (IE3 standard) and paired with VFDs to optimize energy consumption based on the required fineness.
