On October 27, we welcomed our valued client from South Korea to our XSW Machinery factory for an on-site investigation and equipment test. The Korean company focuses on sugar-free food production, and they came to evaluate our ultrafine pulverizer for grinding xylitol raw material.
Accompanied by our international sales and technical team, the client toured our production workshop, assembly area and quality-testing lab. Our engineers ran real-machine trial tests using their xylitol samples. Xylitol belongs to heat-sensitive sugar alcohol, so low-temperature grinding performance is critical to avoid material melting and caking during pulverizing.
During the test, our ultrafine pulverizer achieved adjustable fine powder output without overheating. The customer carefully checked powder fineness, running noise, dust-proof structure and food-grade stainless steel construction. They gave positive feedback on stable running performance and easy-to-clean design, which fits their food processing standards.
Both sides held deep discussions on required mesh size, hourly capacity, customized configuration, delivery schedule and after-sales technical support. This factory visit builds solid trust for future cooperation. We will keep optimizing ultrafine grinding solutions for food-grade raw materials and serve more global food manufacturers.
