Xingshengwei's new generation low-temperature explosion-proof ultrafine crusher has been put into mass production, suitable for fine processing of lithium batteries and pharmaceuticals

In the past two years, the production capacity of new energy storage, deep processing of traditional Chinese medicine, and fine chemical industries has continued to expand. Environmental protection and safety production standards in various regions have continued to tighten. Many production enterprises have reported that traditional ultrafine crushers have pain points such as high temperature damage to material activity, excessive dust, and safety hazards in the processing of flammable and explosive materials. Qingdao Xingshengwei Machinery Co., Ltd. has recently completed the commissioning of a new generation of low-temperature explosion-proof ultrafine pulverizer based on the experience accumulated from self built factories in powder equipment manufacturing. It has now entered the mass production stage and has simultaneously delivered to multiple leading factories in China for lithium battery materials and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.

The Xingshengwei R&D team is conducting targeted optimization for the two major urgent needs in the current industry. One of the low-temperature crushing systems is equipped with a built-in circulating water-cooled air duct. The temperature rise of the materials during the entire crushing process is controlled within 25 ℃. When processing traditional Chinese medicinal materials such as oils and fats, thermosensitive food raw materials, and lithium silicon carbon negative electrode powders, there will be no oxidation of effective ingredients or powder agglomeration problems. Paired with a 316L mirror stainless steel crushing chamber, it fully matches the pharmaceutical GMP clean production standards, with no dead corners and easy flushing throughout the process, eliminating cross contamination of different batches of materials.


The second is a complete set of explosion-proof and safety configurations. This new type of ultrafine crusher is equipped with a sealed nitrogen inert protection structure, matched with an intelligent oxygen content real-time monitoring module. Once the concentration inside the chamber exceeds the standard, it will automatically shut down for protection. The motor and electronic control all use explosion-proof grade accessories, specially adapted for processing flammable and explosive powders such as activated carbon, organic pigments, and lithium battery precursor powder. Compared to commonly used models on the market, the overall energy consumption of the machine has been reduced by 37%. The grading fineness range covers 0.2-50 μ m, and the granularity from 80 mesh to 1200 mesh can be switched with just one click, meeting the needs of small-scale pilot testing and continuous operation on large-scale production lines.


From the actual measurement data in the workshop, it can be seen that a cooperative new energy enterprise has provided feedback after testing the incoming materials. The use of Xingshengwei low-temperature explosion-proof ultrafine crusher to process negative electrode materials has resulted in a more uniform particle size distribution of the powder, significantly improved battery cycling stability, and a dust collection efficiency of 99.9% for the entire equipment. It can pass environmental protection acceptance without the need for additional dust removal auxiliary equipment.

Ultrafine Pulverizers

Unlike manufacturers in the industry that only produce standardized models, Xingshengwei Machinery can adjust the crushing chamber volume, grading wheel speed, and feeding method according to customer factory size, material characteristics, and production capacity requirements. It provides three delivery solutions: single machine, semi-automatic crushing unit, and fully automatic closed crushing line. At present, the factory has sufficient spot inventory, and the number of sample orders from overseas powder processing customers in Southeast Asia and Central Asia continues to increase. The delivery cycle for foreign trade is steadily controlled at 15-25 days.Standing at the forefront of the industry where domestic powder equipment replaces imports, Xingshengwei continues to deepen its research and development of core components for ultrafine crushers, reducing reliance on external procurement. While ensuring equipment stability and durability, it significantly reduces customer procurement and maintenance costs. In the future, companies will also launch hygiene grade specialized ultrafine crushers for food functional raw materials, covering more segmented processing tracks.
