Xingshengwei Machinery Finishes Full Inspection and Shipment of Industrial Stainless Steel Ultrafine Grinder for European Pharmaceutical Client

Last week, a batch of industrial-grade Stainless Steel Ultrafine Grinder was fully inspected, packaged and shipped from Xingshengwei Machinery factory, destined for a professional herbal medicine processing factory located in Germany.

European pharmaceutical industry puts forward extremely strict requirements on equipment hygiene and production safety. This customer has cooperated with many machinery suppliers before, but failed to find grinders that fully meet GMP production standards. After online communication and sample grinding test, the customer finally confirmed the order with Xingshengwei Machinery.

According to customer’s customized demands, our team revised the equipment internal structure, added enhanced dust removal device and matched full English operation panel. Before shipment, our QC team carried out repeated no-load and load tests for each Stainless Steel Ultrafine Grinder, to avoid any running failure after arriving at overseas factory.
