1. High-efficiency and precise crushing performance, with excellent product quality.

1-1. The crushing fineness is controllable and has a wide range: the product particle size can be continuously adjusted from 60 to 200 mesh. Some models can achieve the highest fineness of 4um, which can meet the fine processing requirements of different special feed products, such as achieving a high standard of 95% passing 80 mesh for South American white shrimp feed. The fineness can be flexibly controlled by adjusting the rotation speed of the grading wheel, the air intake volume, or the feeding volume, without the need to stop the machine to replace parts, and it has extremely strong adaptability.


1-2. Screenless design, integrated crushing and classification: Adopting a screenless and meshless structure, it avoids the problem of traditional mesh blockage, enabling simultaneous completion of crushing, wind force classification, and re-crushing. Qualified materials can be discharged promptly, effectively avoiding excessive crushing. This not only improves the crushing efficiency but also ensures the uniformity of the finished product particle size. Some models, through the internal flow dynamics-optimized design of the internal guide cover and top cover structure, can suppress the circulation disorder, further enhancing the crushing efficiency.


1-3. Low material temperature rise and good nutrient retention: By optimizing the air flow design, installing water jackets for cooling or using high air volume to enter the chamber, the temperature in the grinding chamber can be stabilized at a relatively low level (around 50℃), and the moisture loss can be controlled within 1%. This effectively prevents the destruction of heat-sensitive nutrients in the feed, especially suitable for scenarios with high requirements for nutrient retention, such as special aquatic feed.


2. Wear-resistant and durable design, with a long service life

2-1. Key components' wear resistance upgrade: The wear-prone parts such as the hammer head, gear ring, and wear-resistant plate are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials like hard alloy and tungsten-cobalt alloy, or are embedded with these materials. This significantly increases their service life. Among them, the hammer head can last up to 4,000-6,000 tons, and the gear ring can last up to 10,000-15,000 tons, which can greatly reduce the cost of replacing wear-prone parts.


2-2. Structural optimization enhances stability: A heavy-duty frame design is adopted, which can be equipped with shock absorbers to reduce vibration; the cutter body is calibrated by a high-precision balance instrument, and the overall amplitude is less than 4mm/s, ensuring smooth and reliable operation; the main bearings use high-quality double-sealed bearings from brands like SKF or NSK, eliminating the need for frequent oiling, thereby further extending the overall service life of the equipment.


3. Energy-saving and highly efficient, with strong environmental adaptability

3-1. Energy conservation and low consumption: By optimizing the internal flow field design, reducing air resistance, and avoiding excessive grinding, the energy consumption can be effectively lowered. Some models adopt an automatic continuous control system, which can precisely adjust the operating parameters according to the material characteristics and grinding requirements, further enhancing the energy utilization rate.

3-2. Low-noise and environmentally friendly: Equipped with a new built-in muffler or a dedicated muffler, significantly reducing operating noise; using negative pressure for product discharge, combined with a cyclone dust collector and bag-type dust collector, there is no dust pollution, meeting environmental protection requirements.


3-3. Wide application range: Besides the feed industry, it can also be applied to the dry material crushing needs in various fields such as food, chemical, medicine, and new energy. It can handle feed raw materials like corn, soybean meal, and fish meal, as well as various dry materials with a Mohs hardness of less than 5 and a moisture content of less than 10%-12%.
