Based on feedback collected from long-term cooperative industrial customers, Xingshengwei Machinery has finished overall performance upgrade for conventional Stainless Steel Ultrafine Grinder, solving common using problems raised by actual production factories.
In actual daily production, many clients reflected that traditional ultra-fine grinders have problems such as residual material inside the cavity, troublesome disassembly and relatively high power consumption. Combining with these real pain points, our technical team adjusted internal air duct structure and optimized rotor operating parameters.
The upgraded Stainless Steel Ultrafine Grinder realizes lower power consumption under the same production capacity. Meanwhile, all material contact parts adopt seamless mirror polishing treatment without dead corners, which greatly reduces material residue. The quick disassembly structure is retained and optimized further, helping workers finish daily cleaning more quickly without extra tools.
Besides, we also optimize the frequency conversion control panel, making it easier for new operators to adjust powder fineness from 60 mesh to 800 mesh. All upgraded machines still pass 72-hour continuous running aging test before delivery, to ensure long-time stable operation in formal production lines.
Xingshengwei Machinery will continue to take actual production needs as the core of product iteration. Except for Stainless Steel Ultrafine Grinder, our cryogenic grinding machines will also get regular function updates to bring more cost-effective grinding solutions for global processing enterprises.
