Q1: What is the required moisture content for raw materials?

A: In order to achieve good crushing effect and avoid blockage, it is best for the moisture content of the grass to be below 12%. If the material is oily or has a moisture content exceeding 15%, it will affect the flow of the material and reduce production.


Q2: How does Xingshengwei series handle high fiber forage without clogging?

A: Unlike traditional hammer machines that rely on impact force, the XSW series uses high-speed cutting method. The rotor is equipped with specialized alloy blades that can cut fibers at high frequencies. In addition, the built-in airflow classifier only allows materials that meet the fineness requirements to be discharged, and continuous negative pressure airflow can keep the grinding chamber unobstructed.
