In practical production scenarios, high toughness materials such as traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, straw, and rubber scraps have always been a major challenge for traditional crushers - they are not only prone to machine jamming and low discharge efficiency, but also suffer from dust leakage and high raw material loss. The Xingshengwei technical team has repeatedly improved to address these pain points. The ultra-fine crusher adopts a specially designed wear-resistant composite blade head, combined with a frequency conversion precision speed control system, which can ensure strong crushing force and flexibly control the discharge fineness. The range of 200-5000 mesh can be continuously adjusted, and the particle size uniformity of the finished product is stably maintained at over 98%. At the same time, the equipment is upgraded to a fully enclosed working chamber with an integrated dust removal module, which prevents dust from overflowing from the source. The design of the machine body without dead corners also avoids material residue. The loss of raw materials in a single batch is reduced by more than 30% compared to traditional models, balancing production efficiency and environmental protection requirements.
At present, the first batch of mass-produced ultrafine crushers has been delivered to multiple cooperative enterprises. After being put into operation, the operation status is stable, and daily maintenance is simple and fast, directly shortening the operation time of the crushing process and effectively activating the production capacity of the entire production line.
