Centralized delivery of orders! More than ten sets of Ultrafine Pulverizer from Xingshengwei Machinery have been fully assembled and shipped in bulk to the large-scale powder recycling industry park in Southwest China

This week, the production workshop of Xingshengwei Machinery ushered in a phase of peak shipment. After multiple rounds of factory inspection, more than ten Ultra Pulverizers were packaged and fixed, and loaded into three heavy-duty freight vehicles to be sent to the large-scale construction waste and ore resource utilization powder industrial park in Yunnan Guizhou region. This batch of equipment includes two categories: conventional standard models and fully enclosed dust removal customized models, mainly used for the ultra-fine crushing and deep processing projects of local ore tailings and construction waste scraps.

Since the signing of the cooperation contract last month, the technical department of Xingshengwei Machinery has been in contact with the project party of the industrial park for the first time, optimizing the internal crushing chamber parameters, fan ratio, and pulse dust removal unit specifications of the Ultra Pulverizer one by one based on the layout of the project plant, types of raw materials, and daily production capacity requirements; Reasonable production scheduling in the production workshop, disassembly of parts processing, assembly of the whole machine, and pipeline docking processes. Workshop workers worked overtime during off peak hours, and successfully completed all equipment production within the agreed period. After the equipment is completed, the quality inspection team strictly follows the factory specifications of Xingshengwei Machinery. Each Ultrafine Pulverizer undergoes four testing processes: no-load 2-hour trial run, raw material testing, sealing testing, and electrical control system debugging. Only after confirming that there are no faults can it be put into storage and loaded into the vehicle.

At the loading site, Xingshengwei Machinery's warehouse specialist and after-sales personnel monitored the entire process, wrapping and protecting the protruding motors and precision graded components of the equipment with wooden frames, and sealing and wrapping the pipeline interfaces to minimize damage caused by long-distance land transportation collisions. According to sales data from Xingshengwei Machinery, in the past two years, solid waste resource utilization projects in the southwest region have continued to be implemented. The tightening of local environmental policies has forced a large number of processing plants to phase out high dust and high-energy consumption old-fashioned crushing equipment. With the advantages of fully enclosed dust removal, adjustable fineness, and low energy consumption, the Ultrafine Pulverizer has become the main purchasing model for powder projects in the southwest for three consecutive years. After the equipment is delivered to the destination, the after-sales engineer of Xingshengwei Machinery will arrive at the project site synchronously to provide one-stop services including equipment positioning, pipeline docking, installation and commissioning, and pre job practical training for operators, ensuring the rapid production and revenue generation of the equipment.
