A group of buyers from multiple regions in Jiangsu, Shandong, and Hebei visited the Xingshengwei Machinery Factory to conduct on-site testing and finalize the procurement plan for the Ultra Pulverizer

Since the beginning of summer, the powder raw material processing industry has seen a rebound in orders. A delegation of powder processing plant leaders and equipment technical supervisors from Linyi, Shandong, Xuzhou, Jiangsu, and Cangzhou, Hebei, specially went to Xingshengwei Machinery Production Base for on-site inspection and verification. Most of the visitors were recommended by long-term cooperative old customers, with the purpose of conducting on-site inspections of the production process and actual crushing performance of the Ultra Pulverizer.

Accompanied by the sales and technical director of Xingshengwei Machinery, the inspection team visited the steel plate precision machining workshop, complete machine assembly workshop, finished product testing area, and dust removal supporting unit processing area in sequence. In the production workshop, the staff provided a detailed introduction to the entire production process of the Ultra Pulverizer, including body forging, core grading wheel precision machining, dust removal pipeline welding, and pre assembly of the entire machine. Customers closely inspected the equipment material thickness, wear-resistant parts selection, and electrical control system configuration. Many technical supervisors inspected the details of component workmanship on site and compared the shortcomings of their own old equipment.

At the end of the visit, customers brought three different types of raw materials with different characteristics, including calcium carbonate, miscellaneous grains, and ore scraps, to the testing area of Xingshengwei Machinery for on-site testing of the Ultra Pulverizer. From feeding and crushing, powder classification to dust removal and collection, the entire process was observed. The measured particle size of the discharged material was uniform, and there was no dust overflow in the workshop. The equipment's no-load operation noise and unit energy consumption data all met the expected standards of the customer. A food powder processing enterprise in Xuzhou has confirmed the purchase of two customized ultra-fine pulverizers on the spot. Based on the height of the factory building and the humidity of the raw materials, an extended closed dust removal pipeline will be customized; Linyi ore processing plant has simultaneously confirmed its intention to purchase the entire crushing production line.

For many years, Xingshengwei Machinery has insisted on opening up its factory area to regularly receive on-site inspection customers, without relying on exaggerated online promotion.
