Unlike traditional collision grinding, this device uses high-speed airflow to guide materials in the crushing chamber for high-frequency collision and shearing. The massive airflow is an excellent heat dissipation medium while conveying materials, which can quickly remove the frictional heat generated by grinding from the crushing zone.
2. Coordination between physical water cooling and cold air cooling
The unit has installed precise dual cooling water circuits around the crushing chamber and inside the core spindle. For some highly heat sensitive special spices, the system can also reserve a cold air fan interface to directly introduce 5-10 ℃ cold air to participate in the crushing cycle, fundamentally suppressing the temperature rise.
3. Accurate frequency conversion grading reduces ineffective grinding
By adjusting the speed of the grading wheel through a high-precision frequency converter, the micro powder that meets the mesh requirements is immediately sucked away by negative pressure airflow, while the coarse material that does not meet the standards continues to be ground. This 'grinding and walking' mechanism avoids excessive and repeated grinding of materials in the crushing chamber, thereby significantly reducing the accumulation of heat.
