The  Bagasse Ultrafine Pulverizer includes main grinding host, air classifier, cyclone collector, pulse dust remover and PLC control cabinet. It can crush dried bagasse into uniform ultrafine powder continuously in a fully enclosed system.

Finished bagasse powder can be widely used in biomass fuel, animal feed, paper making, biodegradable materials, organic fertilizer, filler for composite materials and plant extraction industries. It helps sugar factories realize waste recycling, improve added value of bagasse residue and reduce solid waste disposal cost.

Working Principle

This Bagasse Ultrafine Pulverizer produced by xsw is a screenless air-classified ultrafine mill. Pre-crushed sugarcane bagasse enters the grinding chamber via a variable-frequency screw feeder. The high-speed rotating rotor fitted with wear-resistant cutting hammers impacts and shears bagasse fibers to break fiber bundles and cell walls. Fine powder that meets the target fineness passes through the classification wheel and is transported by airflow to the cyclone separator for collection. Oversized coarse powder is automatically returned to the grinding chamber for re-pulverization, which avoids over-grinding and reduces power consumption.

The whole grinding and collecting process runs inside sealed pipelines. The pulse dust collector captures micro dust to realize dust-free production in the workshop. Optional air cooling or water cooling structure controls the temperature during grinding and prevents thermal degradation of fiber components. Material contact parts can be made of carbon steel or SS304 stainless steel to satisfy different industrial requirements.

Besides sugarcane bagasse, the equipment is also compatible with rice straw, wheat straw, wood sawdust, palm fiber, coffee grounds and other biomass fiber materials. It can work as a standalone unit or be integrated into a fully automatic biomass powder production line.

Q1: What moisture of bagasse is suitable for this ultrafine pulverizer?

A: Recommended moisture ≤12%. Too wet bagasse will cause fiber adhesion, block feeding and reduce output. If your bagasse has high moisture, we can match rotary dryer in the production line.

Q2: What is the finest mesh we can get for bagasse powder?

A: Normally 50-800 mesh adjustable. For special requirement, we can optimize classifier structure to reach 600 mesh bagasse ultrafine powder. Finer powder will reduce hourly capacity.

Q3: Is pre-crushing required before feeding into this ultrafine mill?

A: Yes. Original long bagasse needs primary shredder to cut into ≤10–12mm small chips. We can supply matched pre-shredder together.

Q4: Can this machine work 12 hours continuously?
