In 2026, the global trade of powder processing equipment will show significant differentiation, with high prices and longer delivery cycles for imported equipment from Europe and America. Food, pharmaceutical, and new material factories in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Central Asia will turn to domestic source manufacturers to purchase ultrafine crushers. The advantages of domestic equipment in terms of cost-effectiveness, customized services, and short delivery times will continue to be highlighted. This month, a batch of customized ultrafine crushers from Qingdao Xingshengwei Machinery were packaged and shipped to two health product and natural spice processing enterprises in Thailand and Malaysia. This is the 7th batch of overseas complete crushing equipment sent by Xingshengwei this quarter.

In the past two years, the production capacity of new energy storage, deep processing of traditional Chinese medicine, and fine chemical industries has continued to expand. Environmental protection and safety production standards in various regions have continued to tighten. Many production enterprises have reported that traditional ultrafine crushers have pain points such as high temperature damage to material activity, excessive dust, and safety hazards in the processing of flammable and explosive materials. Qingdao Xingshengwei Machinery Co., Ltd. has recently completed the commissioning of a new generation of low-temperature explosion-proof ultrafine pulverizer based on the experience accumulated from self built factories in powder equipment manufacturing. It has now entered the mass production stage and has simultaneously delivered to multiple leading factories in China for lithium battery materials and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.

Last week, a batch of industrial-grade Stainless Steel Ultrafine Grinder was fully inspected, packaged and shipped from Xingshengwei Machinery factory, destined for a professional herbal medicine processing factory located in Germany.

Based on feedback collected from long-term cooperative industrial customers, Xingshengwei Machinery has finished overall performance upgrade for conventional Stainless Steel Ultrafine Grinder, solving common using problems raised by actual production factories.

Recently, a professional purchasing and agent team from Southeast Asia paid an on-site visit to Xingshengwei Machinery production base. The visiting team is engaged in processing equipment distribution for local food and herbal factories, and they came to check the real production condition and running performance of our Stainless Steel Ultrafine Grinder face to face.

After 8 months of prototype trial production, cross industry raw material repeated grinding, and structural iteration debugging by the technical team of Xingshengwei Machinery R&D Center, the newly improved and upgraded Ultra Pulverizer has been successfully launched in the company's trial production workshop. The new product focuses on the three common pain points of strict dust control, fast wear and tear of vulnerable parts, and insufficient production capacity in the powder processing industry, and has completed comprehensive optimization and upgrading in three major areas: crushing chamber structure, wear-resistant accessory materials, and intelligent electronic control system.
