Last week, a batch of industrial-grade Stainless Steel Ultrafine Grinder was fully inspected, packaged and shipped from Xingshengwei Machinery factory, destined for a professional herbal medicine processing factory located in Germany.

After 8 months of prototype trial production, cross industry raw material repeated grinding, and structural iteration debugging by the technical team of Xingshengwei Machinery R&D Center, the newly improved and upgraded Ultra Pulverizer has been successfully launched in the company's trial production workshop. The new product focuses on the three common pain points of strict dust control, fast wear and tear of vulnerable parts, and insufficient production capacity in the powder processing industry, and has completed comprehensive optimization and upgrading in three major areas: crushing chamber structure, wear-resistant accessory materials, and intelligent electronic control system.
This week, the production workshop of Xingshengwei Machinery ushered in a phase of peak shipment. After multiple rounds of factory inspection, more than ten Ultra Pulverizers were packaged and fixed, and loaded into three heavy-duty freight vehicles to be sent to the large-scale construction waste and ore resource utilization powder industrial park in Yunnan Guizhou region. This batch of equipment includes two categories: conventional standard models and fully enclosed dust removal customized models, mainly used for the ultra-fine crushing and deep processing projects of local ore tailings and construction waste scraps.
